We bundled up and made our yearly visit to the Christmas Market in the Distillery on the weekend, of course we are such smart cookies and always choose an extra cold day to go. Lot’s of coffee, steamy poutine, rides and a visit to Santa later the cold didn’t really bother us- well that and Chris and I got used to shivering and teeth chattering, the kids of course were over the top layered and extra toasty (classic for the parents to forget about themselves).
This whole “bring your own camera and take your own picture with Santa” trend is awesome, least now it’s free to get a photo of your child crying or not even looking at the camera. Also last random thought, I’m actually a bit shocked it’s still called the “Christmas Market”, you know since nothing is “Christmas” anymore – not that I have anything wrong with calling it Christmas or not calling it Christmas ( I think it’s very cool either way), it’s just weird now a days is all.

These are such beautiful photos!! And I hear ya about the calling it Christmas thing. It’s kind of nice though that the tradition has stayed the same.
Where is your little girls coat from? It is adorable!
It’s a hand-me down, a few years old from The Gap. They usually have similar styles year after year though!
Sweet kids ! Beautiful photos!!
