Little Style | after the rain

It’s been wet, grey and rainy here – which is always welcome after so many weeks of WAY too hot weather, why am I complaining about heat? I don’t know, i know better! I love the rain, especially in Toronto – it’s always humid warm, so being outdoors and getting soaked is sorta kinda okay. The kids get a little antsy after maybe a day of rain though: tired of the parks making their bums wet, the bugs always hiding, things being too slippery to climb, and the novelty of hiding in the bubble while Momma gets totally soaked from the rain, wears off. But after the rain? Their new favorite part about rain: the worms, slippery muddy everything, the smell, the puddles, of course this is all on top of the fact that the rain has stopped giving us unrequested showers.

KING> Hat:Joe Fresh  –  Tee:Zara  –  Jeans:H&M similar  –  Shoes:Converse

HARLOW> Shirt:Zara (baby dress)  –  Skirt:American Apparel  –  Socks: c/o Osh Kosh  –  Shoes: c/o Little Vida

Sometimes no matter how many pictures I snap of the kids, there just aren’t that many that are blog post worthy – but they are cute and sometimes blurry is real life. So, I let go of my need for perfection for the sake of cute memories and post anyways.
