I love stories before bed. My daughters have tons and tons of books, but all on their own, they gravitate toward the books I love from my childhood. It makes my heart feel like it’ll explode, when I’m sharing my childhood faves with them.

Aww, that’s so sweet! Reading those books I had as a child, it’s so awesome – deja vu mixed with so much love.

What a precious moment! I’m a teacher, and I LOVE reading the students books that my teachers read to me! I can’t wait to do the same for my baby!

I can remember very vividly sitting with my mother while she read that book to me. I love that my little guy and my not so little guy are pretty into Beatrix Potter right now since those were my favorite bedtime stories as a little girl.

Oh Beatrix Potter is great, I think we should read one from her tonight – thanks for the reminder!
