Although created in 1999, this Montreal company has only recently burst on scene with their beautiful concept stores in various shopping centres. Blü by Blü creates clothing only for girls centered around themes and looks. The clothing is all things fun, sophisticated, playful and at good price points. I can never resist buying a dress (or three!) for my daughter here.

A chain of children’s clothing stores in Quebec. Here you will find the essentials, sports wear and some school uniform accessories for your kids. Age ranges from newborn to tweens. Clément is the place to go to for winter gear and play clothes. They also have a terrific selection of special occasion wear. They carry their own brand called Mady & Max as well as other great labels. Their deals on outerwear for kids can’t be beat!

It’s a mélange of kids toys and play wear. They have a great range of tutus and petticoats in various shades for girls.

This little boutique is a treasure, they carry sizes newborn to age 6. There is also a sweet little play house at the back of the store where daddies and kids can play while mom shops. Or vice versa! I love their selection of sleepwear, The boutique is divided with boys clothing on the right and girls on the left.

Les Enfants Deslongchamps
This store specializes in carrying mid to high end european, and north american brands. The selection is wonderful though sizing can occasionally be a problem as there are limited quantities for. Here, you will find everything you need from accessories to clothing as well as coordinating socks, and hats. Staff are very helpful and equally knowledgeable.

You’ll find high end brand names for babies and kids. I’ve bought many a baptism gifts there as well as outfits for my daughter for special occasions (including accessories). Although Ogilvy’s might seem intimidating, the sales staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable about sizing and wear as well as being friendly.

Another new fabulous clothing & toy boutique has hit the scene one year ago which you need to check out on Nun’s Island: Balouni Enfants + they do the sweetest giftwrapping for free and have a handy play area which our kids naturally gravitate to every time. Adorable owner, super well-edited selection of toys and attention to every detail make shopping there a positive experience.
