This is perfect since my 2015 goal is to get back into regular exercise/meditation/time for myself.
I’m going to be exercising more. I feel like I work so much that I am just lazy on my off days. So I plan to be more active on my off days this year.
How fun! I started a 30 day yoga challenge yesterday to start the year off right. The last two months my yoga practicing slipped because of the holidays but I need to get back on track!
i am trying to get a handle on my health and make it better and start some form of yoga fitness routine.
Loving the direction you are taking with the new year fitness trend. Not making resolutions myself this year either, just fitness goals, one of which is to make yoga a daily practice instead of just a couple of times a week. This give a way would make that easier, now wouldn’t it?
My son is two months old so I am excited to experience all of his firsts this year! This is such a great giveaway! My friends keep talking me into trying yoga so this would be perfect!

More self care and less time on my phone 🙂
I didn’t really set goals this year but hoping for a positive change – were taking steps to get there.
hi yogis, what a nice giveaway! well, although not a big fan of new year resolutions myself, one of the aspects I’d like to change along the following months is changing my sleeping patterns in order to get get a better rest, being a nocturnal person I usually find hard to get to bed early, which affects my mood and energy on the following day, so if I need to set a goal for next year that’s the one…
Would love to win!! Thanks for the chance.
I would like to procrastinate less this year.
My “New Years Resolution” is to just set an intention for my day, just for some guidance. I’m fairly new to the yoga world, and am trying to find some balance in my life. I also hope that more practice will help me and my husband conceive this year. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve moved home after graduating college last semester and I’m really missing all the great facilities we had on campus! These would be great to start me out on the path to working out effectively at home!!

Lots of the usual – eat healthier, lose weight, work out – but the main goal is to get to a mentally healthy place, in every area of life… should be fun!
Perfect timing , cant believe I have stumbled upon your blog once again. My new goal is to find time for me, yoga, yoga, yoga has been on my mind for months now and your latest posts have been perfect timing for me. I love my Manduka mat. I’d like to try some of their other products.
I have a bunch of goals for this year, but my main one is doing a no-buy for the entire year! I can only purchase second hand, with the exception of things like health, undergarments, etc. I’d like to get into yoga again, too!
One of my resolutions is to create a habit or ritual around stillness daily. For this, I’m experimenting with a couple things–meditation, yoga, a book that isn’t going to get me up all night (thrillers and mysteries, I’m looking at you!). I’ve been trying out some yin and hatha yoga and I think it’s going to be part of my regular nighttime routine. Very cool yoga giveaway! Thanks for holding it!
I am doing a yoga challenge this month #fearlessyogis2015 my goal is to try and do one challenge each month. Going to be fearless this year b/c well what does any one of us have to lose?!
I have lots of intentions for this year, but mindful eating and maintaining a regular yoga practice at at the top of the list!
Every Mom needs a little yoga time.
My focus of 2015 is on improving my health in all ways so starting a yoga practice is high up on my list. I would LOVE to win this starter yoga set from Manduka. Fingers crossed!
This year I want to give away 20% of my possessions.
This would be such a blessing to win as I’m currently practicing home yoga on my daughters’ foam floor puzzles every night. A real yoga mat.. oh the dream, lol!

What a fabulous giveaway! My fiance and I are preparing for our wedding this year, so getting healthy is definitely our first priority. I got a little off track with my daily yoga practice towards the end of last year, so that was one of my 2015 goals – to get back on track with it. And, to stop eating so much junk! 😉
More yoga and less mindless snacking. Simple but exactly what I need this year!

Hmm, didn’t really set a goal or intention for 2015 specifically, but know that this year is a crossroads year, so just hoping to get a future path figured out a bit more!
My intention for 2015 is to spend more time on myself so I am better able to give more of myself to others. Taking care of me so I can take care of you. 🙂
And yoga is one of the ways I plan to take care of myself!
Such a great giveaway! I’m excited to have found your blog. I’m also a fellow apparel designer and a yogi. Curious to learn what type of apparel design you do. 🙂 I’m currently a childrenswear designer.
Oh, and I have many resolutions, but one of them is actually to practice yoga every day (even if only for 20mins). I started January 2nd, but so far I’ve been successful!

I intend to exercise more to set a good example for my kids.
I’ve liusted over this stuff forever, particularly that beautiful mat. I love a fresh new year to inspire shifts in attitude and behavior. This year I am taking time to grow myself individually, separate from mommying and partnering. Yoga has always been a wonderful birth place for that. I’d love to add these to my practice!
My goal is to drink more water and eat less sugar

My goal this year is to listen. To listen to my self, to listen to my husband and mostly to listen to my kids. They are so young but are turning a corner where I’ve been able to ‘talk’ for them for so long that now I want to listen to them talk for themselves. Does that make sense? I hope to be more present in our interactions and let them be them.
Thank you for this opportunity! My New Years resolution is to get back into doing yoga. This would totally help me out!!
i would love to update my yoga stuff in 2015 for post baby yoga classes
My new year goal is to be healthier, mentally and physically. I completely LOVE carbs, and while I am not a huge meat eater, I want to eat more fruits and veggies, and definitely drink more water. And learn some new new things, Facebook totally consumes my down town when I could be doing something more productive, like getting back into yoga, reading a book, etc.
This year I want to be healthier and get more sleep.
I’m going to attempt (yet again) to practice my french and be more active during the work!
My new year resolution is to be more patient and yoga can calm my nerves 🙂

My goal this year, a running streak – run at least one mile per day.

Thank you for this giveaway! My mat is falling apart so I hope I win!! XOXO
This year I threw out the idea of resolutions and chose to call them "revisions"! This year I want more for myself, I just want MORE. More kindness, more adventures, more YOGA, more risks. This would totally help a little. For now, it’s just me and my mat (and your yoga posts from time to time)!
I am trying to do yoga more this year, so this would be so appreciated. Also, it would be great to have a real yoga block and not have to use a stack of books.
My goal was to start doing yoga more. This would be perfect.
Oh yes please! I love those colours. I think my goal has to be looking after myself a bit more, and looking for the joy! Thanks for the give away.
So many new year’s resolutions! One related to this, is that I want to put my best effort in finding me time to work out, meditate and just do things for myself. I’ve recently started struggling with anxiety attacks and have been told a little bit if meditation goes a long way to help. Awesome giveaway Brandy!

My goal is to eat healthier. Thanks for the giveaway!
My goal this year is patience! Working hard and being patient to see the results 🙂 thanks for this awesome giveaway !
My new goal is to curb the negative self talk I have. I also tried Kundalini yoga for the first time this year with my partner and we would like to do it more often so that is a goal too.
No new goals, but I’m excited about doing fun things and enjoying my first year of marriage to my new husband!
I actually challenged myself to learn or do something new everyday.
I just had a baby at the end of the year, and I’m looking for ways to get back in shape and carve a few minutes out of the day for myself; this would be perfect for both!
I’ve just started hot yoga and would like to keep up with going 3x a week!
I have always struggled with feeling comfortable in my own skin so this year I am really trying to work on my confidence and being okay with who I am.
I’m going to try to be more patient this year.
