They are so young but are turning a corner where I’ve been able to ‘talk’ for them for so long that now I want to listen to them talk for themselves. Does that make sense? My new goal is to curb the negative self talk I have. I also tried Kundalini yoga for the first time this year with my partner and we would like to do it more often so that is a goal too.

No new goals, but I’m excited about doing fun things and enjoying my first year of marriage to my new husband!

I just had a baby at the end of the year, and I’m looking for ways to get back in shape and carve a few minutes out of the day for myself; this would be perfect for both!

I have always struggled with feeling comfortable in my own skin so this year I am really trying to work on my confidence and being okay with who I am.

I rented a couple yoga videos from the library the other day and they were great! I hope to keep myself on the right track and keep it up! The Manduka gift is simply fabulous!

I want to be more present, so I’m eliminating a few distractions and adding in some healthier (fun!) habits, including yoga.
